In line with our focus on health and wellness products, in October 2006 we launched Shamal Bodycare Ltd as the sole and exclusive Distributor of OTO Bodycare Products in Mauritius. OTO is based in Singapore with regional offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Distributors in over 15 countries. OTO designs and manufactures a complete range of body-care, relaxation, health, fitness and wellness products.

ACTIVITES

The Complete range of OTO products is being presented, demonstrated and sold in Mauritius by an active team of over 200 highly trained and motivated Sales Consultant and Managers.

Shamal Bodycare in association with Leadership and Motivation Institute develops extensive Sale and Management training to constantly develop the sales force and grow the team. Weekly and monthly sales meetings and trainings are held at all our regional offices.

Quarterly General Meetings are held in centrally located venues with the entire sales organization where our top performing sales consultants and managers are recognized with gifts, incentives and motivational speech.

Sales consultants benefit from innovative and exciting incentives, designed to motivate and bring fun in their activities of Direct Selling.
